Filter press plates

Made from high-strength polypropylene, in sizes from 400×400 mm to 2000×2000 mm, with center or corner feed, with or without cake washing.
Filter cloths
- Materials: polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET) and polyamide (PA). Optional: anti-slip PTFE coating.
- Weaves: monofilament, multifilament and mixed, chosen for particle size and easy cake release.
- Finishes: neck, center hole, eyelets or seams to match your plate model.
- Mash filter cloths: replacement cloths for Meura mash filters, selected for good separation and efficient washing.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make cloths for Meura mash filters?
Yes. We supply replacement filter plates and cloths for Meura-type and other mash filters used in brewing, distilling, beverage and pharmaceutical plants, among others. Send us the filter model and dimensions, or a sample of your current cloth.
Can you make plates for a filter press from another brand?
Yes. We manufacture chamber and membrane plates compatible with other brands’ filter presses, based on dimensions or drawings.
What information do you need to quote plates or cloths?
Make and model, plate dimensions, plate type (chamber or membrane), quantity, port and support positions, and the product being filtered. Photos, drawings, and working pressure and temperature help a lot.
Should I replace only the broken plates or the whole pack?
It depends on the condition of the rest of the pack. If wear is even, replacing the full set is usually faster and avoids sealing issues between new and old plates. We assess it with you.
Which cloth material is right for my process?
It depends on particle size, temperature, pH and product. Polypropylene is the most common for sludge; for other conditions we recommend the right material after reviewing your application.
